I had my dji fpv drone sent to an official dji store for repair here in Israel, in order to replace the gimbal camera after it had been scracthed on the lense.
a few weeks later i called their support to ask for an update and they told me the camera was replaced but (in their own words) - dji's global calibration software is not functioning at the moment and the drone cannot be calibrated until further notice. can it really be the case? or are they just lying about the calibration issue?

... and please: who should give an answer now ???

Hi EduardAsael, could you please tell us which store you sent the drone to? Is there any reference number for us to confirm this issue?
