I am using mavic2 pro. when i connect with s21, just black screen. dji has to solve it as fast as possible.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, the Samsung S21 is not compatible with the DJI Go 4 app and this might be the reason why you experience the said issue. Kindly please make sure to use a compatible device for you to use the app without any problem as we cannot guarantee the stability of the said mobile device when in use with the app since it is not fully tested on our facility.
