After updating to 01.03.00.10 the audio direction mode is missing on the pro mode. It exists on the Mimo app, but as long as I change the setting, it becomes auto again. Why? Is it a bug?

I see that Story and HDR modes also disappeared. I think it was reverted to a previous firmware, but there is no way to fix it! The only way to update the firmware is waiting for a new firmware update popup on the Mimo app. I am so annoyed! This is the second unit in 3 weeks! The first one had a white dot under the lens and was replaced by the shop bought it.

I will have a look at mine pocket 2 i believed i had filmed in hdr mode.

Yes, something is wrong with my device and there is no way to reset it to reinstall the firmware. Shame!

I did. DJI says there is no international warranty, so I have to send it to EU from Turkey which is very costy and time-consuming. Also contacted to the supplier. DJI advices to insert a bigger capacity microSD to be able to reinstall the firmware. Can anyone confirm this? I have already 128GB and don't want to buy 256GB if it won't work really.

128gb should be enough when there is enough room available on the card

What they claim is it does reinstall some stuff if you insert a bigger capacity card.

I  don't see the difference between a simple video and an HDR video, only the image is cropped, the light areas and shadows remain at the same level.

I read from another thread that there is some kind of way to install the firmware using a PC and a SD card. The thread is at https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=245622, Maybe you could ask somebody from there to send you the firmware?

DJI sent it to me via Twitter. Strangely Twitter support is much better.

I guess it's only available on camera firmware 01.30.54.86
Even I'm stuck . Have no clue how to update camera firmware

swipe down -> setting -> more ->device Info -> Camera Firmware
is the camera firmware 01.30.54.86?

plz let us know is the camera firmware version is not correct.
if so , we will guide u to upgrade via SD card.

Aynı sorunu bende yaşadım. DJI ile iletişime geçerseniz size bir link gönderiyorlar. Bu linkte bulunan yeni firmware'i indirip cihazınıza yüklediğinizde Story ve HDR modları görünür hale geliyor.

Son güncel seri no nedir  bendeki 01.03.0010 ve ayrıca son zamanlarda kullandığım kartla ilgili sorun vermeye başladı sizce güncellemeyle ilgilimidir
