Of course I could not resist taking the Pocket 2 with me on a walk today.
Our middle daughter really liked operating it too.
(now she wants her own....)



So COME ON DJI please release a DJI Pocket Pro with 1"sensor.

I have to say I'm quite content with the output btw.

Pretty nice to go walking with your little gir.

The pocket is great. Love it was well.

Very nice Peter, although that bridge looked a bit suspect.    At least you now have a reason to upgrade to the P3 when its released.

I'm surprised with the quality.
It is much better than expected.
The D-Cinelike profile makes it 10x better.

I really dislike the fact that they did not include that in the Mini 2.
When I look at the 'regular' profile on the P2, it is looking quite similar to the M2.
But when I select cinelike, it really improves like night and day.

I gotta say that I never used log/d-cinelike profiles. Too much hassle and with the fpv it makes flying harder.
But I just switched the SMO 4K to log because I hate the colors (which was set to lively or vibrant or whatever they call it in English. Hope that'll improve it...

Yeah, I can understand that from a FPV point of view.
But adding a little bit of grading to the Cinelike profile can make your much better and you get a lot more details with this profile compared to the default (contrasty / over saturated) profile.
I tried Log too, but that was too flat for me.
Might have been my lack of grading experience, but I have one LUT that works very well with cinelike, so its super easy to make it work for me.

I've wondered about the Pocket 2 but difficult to justify to the Treasurer when I have the GP9.
By the way I hope you paid Anna the modelling fees although probably cheaper to get her her own Pocket 2.

Trying out what the P2 can do for me
So far I like it a lot.

I used to have a Osmo Mobile 1, but I was not happy with the whole process and output.
Blocking my phone for a long time was not convenient.
And the output quality was not how I wanted it. especially not with motion timelapses
The P2 is much better in that regard.
