ive been in touch with support and they suggested I factory reset the remote which I have done a few times but nothing is working, the update downloads fine but when it gets to install it sits on 0% till the battery goes flat so it's not awaiting for the server either and River tried multiple times.

Anyone got a solution?

are you doing it over wifi or using the assistant 2?
