The problem is fixed without reinstallation but I would love somebody to tell me how to reinstall anyway for next time or other costumers. Thanks
The support has answer me. In the mobile app go to the firmware version and press the name for 5 seconds and you can go firmware backwards so then you can install again the latest firmware later.
