If you are filming in HDR Video mode and press the button to switch to photo mode and then press it again to switch back, it takes you into regular video mode.  Is there a setting where it can remember that you were in HDR video mode and take you back to it?

If you are filming in HDR mode then go back to the photo mode, it is normal that the unit will return to the normal video mode and you need to select again the HDR option as this will record a new recording since you already cancel the first recording that you did consider that you switch to photo mode.
