Contacted DJI Zendesk USA four days ago informing them that the power button on my controller does not work. This was after contacting Zendesk China. Still no word on what to do with this thing. I even sent a video showing the serial number and the problem with the power button. I have since bought another RC on eBay being that I have family here in Hawaii from the the mainland. I need it fixed or replaced.
