Send in my p4 Pro v2.0 to be repaired, it had a problem of gimbal making a noise, never crashed, I had this problem from the begining, not in a hurry to send it in because I had a year warranty, got a quote detailing the cost to repair, "Dear customer, We regret  that the service is not covered by warranty based on the results of  data analysis. 30% discount applied per data  analysis" just what does "30% discount applied per data  analysis" mean, 70% my problem & 30% DJI problem. I would like to know just what the data analysis was that said it was not under warranty, Also the first picture (CAS-6612797-D6Q9T8) shows a drone with the Yaw-axis Motor Cable Cover missing, that was not the case of my drone that I send in for repair it had its cover, just what is going on here? Just how could a "Fan Module" be bad, sounds like a lot of trumped up charges.

Also could you check the SN# on drone in the picture

Picture #2 shows no video feed, the drone I send in had video feed.

The picture of the drone with out the cap is on your, REPAIR PROGRESS INQUIRY,  OPEN CASE AND IT AT THE BOTTOM OF PAGE, that's not my drone it had a cap on when I send it in, also it show no video in your picture, my drone had a video.

as you can see there is a cap on the top of the gimbale
