I purchased a refurbished smart controller and i am within the return period specified by DJI and it appears to me that they are  not willing to accept the return. I have not been given an RMA. I supplied the information required for the RMA but am getting no response. This sucks as i have spent thousands of dollars buying many products from DJI. I wish to let prospective buyers to beware of the way you may be treated if you wish to return a purchase.

They might be able to help

It is in the hands of PAYPAL now due to no response since my 3rd email with China. I did what was asked and got no RMA.
