Hi all
I have just purchased a Mavic Air 2 and on first start up I have an error for 'downward vision sensor calibration', error 180033. I contacted support but they only work week days.
I haven't tried to do any calibration as I have not even flown the drone yet.
Anybody come across this error before and any ideas how to rectify?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please try to calibrate the vision sensor of your DJI Mavic Air 2 using the DJI Assistant 2 software? You may download the software to your PC or Mac using the link below. Please keep us posted. Thank you!

Hi Guys, just calibrated the sensor for the third time. The calibration completes 100% but I still have the problem. I contacted the retailer and reported the issue and that I had performed the calibration. Going back in to the shop Thursday for their DJI expert to have a look. Fingers crossed!!

Hi guys
Latest update, brought the MA2 back to the retailer to be investigated. Gave all the information to the Mavic expert. Told to leave it with him and he would check it out(had to get back to work).
Got a call about an hour later, hey presto!! still the same error.
He swapped out a new combo kit and delivered it by taxi to me!!!
Charged the batteries and controller last night. Started it up today at lunchtime.
Halleluiah, all good!!
Great service from the retailer.
