My P3 is still stock out of the box with the lastest firmware and android app update. Im very impressed again with the P3 so far it has not failed me .Yes i did almost shit my pants on the return flight but all ended well. Thanks for watching.

Stock 4 miles is impressive. 3 is my max with fpvlr advanced antenna and booster kit. Talk about an anomaly.

Yeah I been called crazy all my life this is just normal for me to try out . Just fly in a familiar area and trust the P3, it pretty solid.

Yeah im pretty sure it could go further in a different location. I did not go higher than 260ft so I had room to push it. I was thinking about putting a kit on it but its amazing stock plus battery wont make the trip back if you dont have wind helping out.

Heck no. No need. I usually have around 30% after a 6 mile round trip. Way too nerve wracking for me.    ;)

Yeah my previous range test were over water (on youtube) and they were not to nerve wrecking , but this one smh I still had the jitters 30 mins later.  Im thinking about going all out in one direction and have someone retrieve it  lol .

I just achieved my longest flight over thick forest. I Only got .75 of a mile out and lost video. I was up at 340 ft as well. Still the best shots I've captured thus far. I was heading into an awesome sunset. I'm inspired to go to a more un-obstructed location. Super nice flight man! Cool location! I noticed your antenna orientation at the end there. Were they that way the whole time? I've been using mine more straight up and parallel.

I have my antennas like  that with all my flights. Seems to work the best that for me, plus my tablet is in the way so I can't to go straight up. Trees do affect your range I can stand to the side on the road where the tress are at and i cant go further than one mile at this location.  Thanks for watching

I had it on RTH but the beeping sound would cut of and on so I kept flying just incase. Also it flies slower I would not have made it back.

I have a new P3 and can not get it to fly more than 100 feet. Up or out. I have changed the limits in the app, but still can not get it to exceed 100 feet. please help.

If you are still in Beginner Mode, it will have limitations.
Wasn't it 30M, out and up?

my max was 3700 feet in the woods, have not tried open range distance, what date was it when you did this test ?
