I have a DJI Mavic Air 2 with the smart controller and the controller overheats after about 10 minutes of use. Any one else having the same problem.  I chatted with support and the have me recalibrate the controller and it did not help. Their other suggestion was to let it cool down and see if that helped. It did help for about 10 minutes and overheated again.

Attached is a picture of the error message. I do receive the message after 10 to 15 minutes of flying.

There is.  Mine can come on even when updating SC firmware.  Might be time to contact DJI.

I‘m just amazed that DJI Fly even overheats the Smart Controller.

I do not think it has anything to do with the app if the fan is not energizing.

I’ve had no problems flying with my SC in 90 degree N.C. weather.  Fan comes on.

I am having the same problem, and I can hear my fan is on.
