Hello, there. Sorry for inconvenience. Could you please tell us more details about your issue? For example, the version of Mimo App or whether it connects properly when you deduct the extension rod? And could you please try to use the connector of Pocket 2 to connect with your phone?
Hello,
1- I use Mimo App - v 1.5.20
2- When I use the phone connector directly attached to the phone, it does not disconnect.
3- When I use the wireless mode "without" the extension rod, it does not disconnect.
So the issue seems to be happening when it is connected through the wireless mode and attached to the extension rod.
Please note: The frequency of this issue happening also changes. Sometimes it happens more frequently than before. So I assume some kind of wireless interference makes it more frequent. |
