iMovie on iPhone.  It’s just the Ken burns effect.   Make sure to export as 1080 as insta likes that resolution best best.

Ha, i didn't know about that one, I do now...periodically have to put my insta into private (i have a stalker) posting stories lets me know who is watching / stalking!

Cool, thank you, I'll give that a go!

Its really easy,  create movie,  add picture,  then you can set how long you want it to be.   Tap the time line and pinch scroll to set the start point,  then swipe to the end and repeat.   It will automatically pan across the shot.
