New owner of a mini2 since last June. Unfortunately, my gimbal was unable to keep a straight horizon after a hard landing (not really a crash). Contacted DJI support, opened upo a case. They decided to replace with a brand new unit. To top it off, I asked if the care refresh could be extended for the duration of the replacement (4 weeks) ans they did it! Most people will complaint when there is a bad experience, but mine was very good! Fly safe!
