Hi there, within the three elements of photography exposure, the screen becomes brighter as the ISO value increases, but this comes with the effect of noise. At night, the camera increases the ISO value to make images brighter, resulting in more noise.

To reduce noise, you are recommended to set the ISO value to about 100-200. The ISO value should not exceed 400; otherwise, the image quality will be greatly reduced. If the image is too dark, the right amount of exposure can be achieved by enlarging the aperture, reducing shutter speed, or brightening the photo after it’s been taken. Hope this helps.

Theoretically speaking, the shutter affects the amount of light entering and will help reduce noise. Just Google it for more information, try and then find the best solution
