Hi,
I was wondering if I can use a switch to power the air unit independently from the FC .
I want to have the ability to power the quad and wait for the gps to lock and after that to power the air unit.
Should I avoid it ? If yes , why ? What i could go wrong ?

There is no reason why you couldn’t do it, just make sure it’s a good switch that won’t turn itself off mid-flight
