Im sorry to address this issue in this non related topic

I used to edit video with dji mimo

But since i update mimo 1.5.22, i can’t add music to my music library.
(The previos version can do add music to the library)
Same file format :.mp3

Additional info:
1. music library still have music from previous version.
2. i running mimo on IOS.

Does anyone have the same problem?

I have 2 different ios device. Ipad and iphone. I already tried to clean install, and try again to add music. Both failed.

I use pocket 1.
On the previous dji mimo ver, i have no issue at all. Working smooth for add to music library.

Currently i use the same download file, same format, tries several mp3 music to add. None succeed.
I already try clean uninstall and re install
But still cannot adding music.

Could you please advise?

Yes ofcourse it is NOT copyright music that i import.
But still, cannot import to music library.

In the other hand, if you say i should import thay music purchased from i tunes, this might probably copyright. And because of it i cannot post it again on youtube or instagram. That is contra for sure.


Anyway back to my issue right now,
I cannot import any other song mp3 to my music library. What should i do? Buy new phone and new dji pocket 2? Hehe

Same problem here !
I was able to import music in the past by just downloading music and then open in Mimo or Fly app.
So without using iTunes !
Now I get a message "Wrong file format" in Fly app, in mimo app nothing happens.
I allready tried to convert music in .mp3 but that doesn't change anything in the result.

Fly: 1.4.8(477)
Mimo: 1.5.22(247923)

Also i download song in .mp3. But nothing response and not import to my music galery.

Some of them suggest to reinstall the apps. With clean uninstall. I tried to do so. But still not working….

I think it is developer software problem. Bug or minor.

I use dji mimo latest version, using on apple environment (iphone ver 14.7.1 and ipad ver 14.7.1)

And i bought dji osmo pocket 2 for make sure, with new dji mimo apps on the same device. Still same problem. So i think this is surely software problem.

I wish the software developer hear this problem and try to fix.

I notice 1 think my friend:
If you import music from itunes , then this song must be purchased from itunes. Means all purchased item is license music.
If you put in you dji mimo music library, and post it later on social media such as instagram or facebook, they definitely will take down your video.

That’s why i use non copyright song that i download and convert to .mp3 to add to my music library on dji mimo apps.

But now i cannot import…

I contacted the german support, they also mentioned to deinstall and reinstall the app...
Same result if you do so.

Yes, i also tried to uninstall and install again, but same problem occur.
This is worst, i lost what i had before.. all music gone.
Maybe i should try to android?

„Due to a change, the function you mentioned has been (temporarily) deactivated so that further functionality can be checked.
Please be patient and check back for updates from time to time.  The function can come back with the next update.“

I use android currently and it’s works.
But some video transition only basic (not much as ios)
Therefor we know dji mimo is made best for ios.

But it’s worth try if you want to use various music, then try mimo on android,
Meanwhile we wait their policy on the next update regarding this music library

Seems not.

You check manually to playstore / appstore?

And also, it is not sure when they settle this issue…. (In the next update)

Btw, i also have problem to put text on the video, somehow, they are stuck like bug , cannot be cancel or cannot be resize and the oppacity. Do you have the same problem for this?

Text is working fine. Opacity and size can be changed, you can cancel just deleting the text and hit the hook.

I think they have not settle the policy

Just seen Mimo App was updatet to version 1.6.0.
Still same problem.

Seems that the problem was solved here for Mimo app.

YES PROBLEM SOLVE ON he latest update. Now we can import music from airdrop (means from another apple product)

HAPPY ENDING FOR EVERYONE.

Just download your desired music with safari and then open in Mimo app.

But, when i insert into the movie clip, they just put blank music.

Do you occur the same issue?

So now your dji mimo is working well with the music import? Why i have not get back normally.

I still encouter issue to use music on mimo.
I already update to the latest apps, and yes now they can import to mimo music library. The music was there. It can be play on the mimo music library.

But when i insert into my clip. The music become muted. The tone graphic was flat. No sound at all. I tried on my ipad and new iphone. Both same issue. No sound

Have any idea to fix?

I contact dji directly, they ask for the music that i used. And found out that my music file isnt compatible. That i need to reconvert to original file.

They reconvert, and send back to me. Now everything just fine! Cool!

Because the policy is change time by time.
What you can do, now is,
Import song .mp3 from another source, which already downloaded to your phone.

And its work for me

You can download mp3 from website. When it download to your phone, you can import to dji mimo apps.

Download mp3 from website is depands on your favorite.
