How many credits do i need to be able to purchase anything?

Are you talking of the credit points?  They mean absolutely nothing except to show how long you have been on the forum and what group you are assigned to.  The only credit you get put on your account to buy something is 1% of any purchase you make from the DJI store.  That is only for the purchase price and does not include the 1% of the shipping cost if you buy something less than $150 dollars.
