Hello, i have done the last update of my pocket 2 and an issue appear.
Wenn I plug the sticks, stick update is running. After 20 sec a message say "update complete" and 3 secondes after, the stick update restart and complete. The stick update never stop...
I have unpluged it but wenn I plug it again the cycle restart....

Hello. I use a Huawei P20 pro CLT-L29.
The pocket 2 upgrade is done I have last update.
Wenn I plug the stick the neverending update of the sticks begin... Without sticks all working fine

I hade problems with my Inspire 2,
I hade problems with my Crystalsky,
Now I have problems with my pocket 2...
I definitely dont want to send you this sticks for 50 dollars and receive back a "free" one.
Just wanna sell this ... from DJI and birn this sticks.

Inspire 1: motor synchronisation problem.
Inspire 2: problem of connection
Crystalsky: over heating with 4 minutes of use max
Pocket 2: joystick bug

Hope my RS2 will work more than 1 year.
Was expecting to buy a mavic 2 pro or 3 pro wenn come but I wanna see concurrence first.
A bit tired about my DJI experience.

Hi, there. Have the problems with your inspire 1 and 2 been solved? If not, can you tell us more details, and we can feed it back to our engineers to see whether we can solve it for you. If they cannot be used normally, we suggest you send them back and we will provide you with solution.

When you use CrystalSky, you can try to avoid direct sunlight and close the background application to reduce memory.

All things are solved but not by dji services. The dji care in Switzerland dont cover the sending fees... So usefull. Crystalsky and all Inspire are sold since a long time after solving myself the problems.
