Hello, I use the DJI OM4 with an iPhone 12 Max. If I select one of the Pano modes, the recordings are made but then an error message occurs: «Pano failed. Try again". What do I have to change?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you take a screenshot of the error message? Also, kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Mimo app on your mobile device to see if there would be some changes. Please keep us posted. Thank you!

Hi, thanks for your response. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app again but the problem is still the same (see screenshot).
