I have attempted on several occasions and with no success to after I download Phantom 3 Firmware 1.11.20, unzip it and put it on card and insert card into slot and turn on drone it does not do anything. I have tried for over a month with no success and do not know what to do. Drone has never done anything and was told from seller it is pretty much my problem. What do I do. Thanks
