I had also planned to buy an iPad 4 mini 64GB WiFi + Cellular (used for about 300 euros)
then I read everywhere that there are problems with the somewhat old
iPad mini 4 (processor load on the DJI app in iOS too high etc.)

So I decided to buy an iPad 4 mini WiFi + Cellular with 64 GB for 560 euros.

Tab 6 Lite is great. My choice. My wife has one, I have used it for flying, but prefer my S21 Ultra. It is easier to hold.

Well, nothing has a screen as bright as my S21 Ultra. You just need to be mindful of where the sun is. OUT of the direct sun is preferable. I was flying a few weeks ago in direct sun, 95 degrees and my phone shut off from overheat. I started RTH from the controller and cooled my phone as quick as I could. It fired up and I opened the Fly app just in time to land my Mini 2.  If possible - stay out of direct sun regardless of device.

I was relaying the hazards of flying in direct sun, regardless of device. As far as the Tablet, it is fine. Not as bright as my phone, but fine.

I am using the Samsung Tab A 8" (2019 version if that means anything) after much research, works great!

I have been listening for about 2 years, the dji additional new devices...
not all money see buy apple

So they fixed the issues with S21 ultra or you have a Snapdragon cpu?
