Hello everyone,

So today I did a flight to film a vessel but in the mid of the flight my phone goes black. I unlock it and the app seems to restart, after a bit I'm back in control of the drone and everything seems ok. When I got home I tried to check the flight logs but other than to be 2 separate flights I don't seem to find the problem that cause the screen to go black in mid flight. This time I wasn't moving the drone, I was just hovering but in the next time I don't want to depend on luck and I would like your help to find what the issue was.
Is there a way to see logs from the app as well?

Edit2: The DJI Fly was the only open app. And I did not press the lock button, and it was clear from the mount of the remote. I was flying with mobile data enabled (4G)

Several possible reasons, but we need more information. Device you are using, app and firmware versions, and ambient temperature. Also, were you and the controller in direct sun? The ONLY time this happened to me, it was 90 degrees F and I was sitting in direct sun. My phone had to cool off before it and the app would restart.

Also, were you and the controller in direct sun? Yes
When my phone overheats it displays a warning, but in this case it wasn't even hot.

Had kind of experience using the latest Fly app on the dji smart controller. After zooming in and out, the camera screen turned black. Info still visible on the app. Controls still working. Schutting down the app and starting didn't help.
After restarting drone and controller the camera image came back. No warnings during flight, no crash.

I wonder why DJI has approved the Oneplus 6T but not the Oneplus 6. As far as I can see, the difference is in the display.

Hello there Afladimir. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try using a different recommended mobile device to see if the issue will still persist? Upon checking the said mobile device ( Oneplus 6 Android 10 ) that you want to use on your DJI Mini 2 and with the DJI Fly application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not recommended for the said DJI drone and with the said DJI application. We would suggest using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Mini 2 and with the DJI Fly application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Oneplus 6 Android 10 will be able to work on the DJI Mini 2 and with the DJI Fly application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said drone and with the said application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Fly application while using it on the DJI Mini 2.
