Phantom 4 rtk gimbal calibration not completing

Hi.I made a hard landing with the Phantom 4 rtk at the end of the mission. However, there were no cracks, scratches or blows in the drone. Afterwards, I wanted to calibrate the gimbal, but it was not completed. I flew in an area that I measured periodically after a hard landing. When I made an evaluation, I detected a fixed offset in the x and y axis. Is the problem software related or hardware related? Thank you.
