My setup is Sony A7c With Smallrig Cage and Tamron 28-75mm F2.8 Di III RXD
My roll and tilt axis are perfect stay in place at any position.
Any help is welcome.

Hi, I have the exact same problem. I‘m on a BMPCC4K with Sigma 18-35. Both roll and tilt axis are perfectly balanced, however the pan axis is just out of balance, no matter how I adjust the axis. The camera always pans to the right, because the center of gravity is on the right side of the axis. I also tried it with my Sony a6500, same result.
Not cool with a „pro“ product, DJI.

However, while making various adjustments, I noticed that other axes have a lot to do with balancing the pan axis.
Looking at the video, at first glance it seems that the other axes are balanced, but in the end it seems to be a phenomenon that occurs because it is not balanced with respect to the pan axis.
The simple procedure to solve this is to readjust the pan axis to some extent and then readjust the roll axis to rebalance the two axes.
Sometimes it may be necessary to adjust the balance of the tilt axis camera as well.
