I own a mavic 2 pro. A few months ago i lost control of my drone twice.
(GPS signal was lost) it was in the city at night. the drone left on its own without my being able to catch up with it.
I was at 2 /3 meters from my drone.
the second time the gimbal took a shock.
  
It was not a pilot error.

since when i am in flight and want to film down the gimbal picks up. the gimbal motors do not seem to work properly if the angle of view is too tilted at 45 °.
I have the fly record  on my account. Could you take a look  ? What do I have to do now ? Should I change the gimbal or DJI takes care the repair ?
