Mini 2 sometimes the maximum speed in N mode is not more than 28km/h. Why?

Is it normal for this to happen near the ground? The mini 2 the maximum speed in N mode is 36km/h. The mavic mini reached fast 28km/h

Lower the gimbal more than -5 degrees. From 0 to -5 degrees and at -90, the speed is lowered to 8 m / s.

Even the slightest of wind can effect the true speed. Try flying in all directions and check again

Only head wind has effect, too much wind and the speed will not reach it maximum.
With tail wind the max speed is controlled by less forward pitch to keep speed at its default max speed.

Hello there. Good day and thank you for reaching out. The DJI Mini 2 has a Maximum Speed of 16 m/s ( S Mode ), 10 m/s ( N Mode ), and 6 m/s ( C Mode ) ( near sea level, no wind ). Thank you.
