Back on the Kemmelberg again... Nice view, but this mountain is cursed for my drone. Almost no signal, continuous loss... (luckily automatic back to home). And then a whole nest of swallows that happily fly around my plane. (Timeline 3:14) The intention was to briefly portray "Belverdere" or "In the Golden Years" ("In de gouden jaren") where my wife works, It is a grill restaurant in custom theme (See the belverdere timeline 2:19).  But this mountain has its secrets, there is a gigantic bunker hidden in it. See also the tower and the antennas. (Timeline 1:45). Actually a command bunker, built in the 1950s during the height of the Cold War. As part of the Brussels Pact, Belgium, France, Great Britain, Luxembourg and the Netherlands are building a coordination bunker for Western European air defence.

well the white building is a restaurant where my wife works, it's not a church. the building of the 1920s was built as a holiday residence for the northern french. The tower gave a beautiful view over the landscape, now also by the way and there used to be a bear in it, so that tower is also nicknamed the bear tower. If you want good food, this is the place to be ;-)

Many buildings, mainly old buildings are classified as "protected monuments", and must remain in their original state... The interior may be adapted, but here it remains in theme, just like the restaurant calls "the golden years"
