No camera can use the sky to focus. Focus requires a solid object as a point of reference. If you wish to focus at infinity, set Pocket 2 to manual focus and tap an on screen solid object that is far away.

There is no manual focus on the P2
Just single or continuous!

i believe single works like manual focus

I always use single-point and haven't had any issues that I have seen. But need to test it out more to be sure.
