Does anyone know why I cannot now charge my tablet/phone from the controller, please?

I'm using a M2P, and have everything set in GO4, and have updated the software, but it still says “NOT CHARGING”.

By chance have you tried a different cable to see if that is the issue?  

Does the app work? That is kind of a strange message "not charging"??? Why would it tell you that something is not connected?

Yes, including a brand new one - and still won’t charge!
