My Mavic Mini 1 had fallen down a few days ago, then the gimbal shaking like crazy after I turning the power-up. I already email customer support and got the shipping label for diagnosis. I bought this used drone on Offerup.com and don't have proof of purchase. Is it okay to send the drone to repair without proof of purchase?

I would like to verify and check some information about the case and I tried to check the active case mentioned using your DJI Forum details but was not able to locate it. Could you please provide me with the case number? You can also PM me the details. In addition, please be advised that the proof of purchase is a requirement for the warranty service.
