I have Phantom 3 Advanced and it works great. No issues with it and flys well and solid. Is there really any reason to update the firmware? I know it updates some bug issues, but if it is not broke why fix it? It is not like it adds a new feature to it. I only have 8 flights so far so just looking for input on this.

I think you are missing my question. Regardless of the version if everything is working correctly why update? It works, no new features so why do it?

Depends on the version you are running atm. Check, report back, get feedback ;-)

launchpad72, an even better question might be why does DJI even release updates? Why not just make one firmware version and never update it again? Ah, life brings us so many questions and gives us such little time to find the answers.
