The camera is updated to its latest Firmware as well as the Ronin, but although it is connected with the adapter and in the correct way when pressing the record button on the Ronin the camera does not record, in the application the lack of connection is always alert. with the camera and the camera when pressing the engraving button or the button marks as Busy and does not allow to move any parameter.

When disconnecting the Ronin cable from the M50 the camera can work properly again, this is very annoying since all the functions of the application are disabled because it cannot communicate with the camera.

DJI has decided to leave every M50 owner out in the cold.  They've known about this problem for years and refuse to even put a warning about it on their compatibility list. I made a post about this a few days ago, and you can see for yourself the fat goose egg that I got in response.
