I've got the Mavic Air (first generation). I'm using it since June 2019. First year, no problem. Since about one year, the software asks me to complete the registration with a chinese mobile phone number. As I’m French, I don’t have a chinese mobile phone.

I have to restart the software a few times before the software works (sometimes I need 10 minutes of closing and restarting!), which is quite boring.

I’m using a iPhone 11. Problem was the same with my ex-Samsung. I tried to uninstall/reinstall, to disconnect/reconnect my account, etc.

Can someone help???
