Hi guy,

Is there anyone having the issue with S21+? Mine is showing just black screen on the camera view but taking pics and video works fine.
I'm using S21+ 5G with Android 12 (One UI 4) and I tried to update the latest DJI Fly version but no hope.
It was fine like 2 months ago

Yes this is a known issue. If you search the forums you will se plenty post’s about Samsung and pixel phones not being compatible with the fly app.

Fly isn't ready yet for Android 12.

Devices are getting  Android updates now. My S20fe is scheduled for update in January.

DJI is working on the compatibility with Android 12 and will continue to optimize in subsequent releases. As of the moment it is recommended that please use the said DJI drone with an Android 11. Thank you.

Ho un samsung s21 ultra quando collego il dji mini due lo schermo del cellulare e nero non vedo l'anteprima video. Sapete se dji ci sta lavorando per renderlo compatibile grazie.

Thanks for your reply, but do you know when will new update be released?
I hope that the future releases will cover also new android releases because I don't think buying a new phone with an old release to use my fly cam will be the best experience with DJI

No! They are not, DJI Stephen. If that is indeed the case, can you give us a time frame?

Just to let you know that I tested the new DJI Fly 1.5.4 on my phone and it works.
I'm using S21+ 5G with Exynos.
The video feed is back, I didn't test outside but it seems to be working.
