Thanks for this. I didn't realise the breadth of your product range.

You don't provide support for the rest of your products either... so you might as well list them all here. The thousands with unchargable Ronin-M batteries would love to have a word with your support, but you just ignore them hoping the problem will just go away and none of them files a class action lawsuit...

Hello, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. The only compatible phone of Google for Osmo Mobile 3 is Pixel 3 XL for now. You may refer to the compatibility list for more details.

i lost my mavic mini can i buy just the drone and connect with my old controller

Is there an issue with the dji app connecting to a pixel 3 xl combined with the spark/controller combo? I haven't used my drone for a few months and cannot get the app to work on my phone. Please help, can't find any pertinent information to help.

Why is it that we have to sideload this app?  Can you not put it on the play store, so that we can install it the official way on our devices?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The app you are using cannot be updated via Google Play due to technical reasons.
There is no need to be concerned, as user experience, functions, and privacy protections on apps installed through DJI’s official website are still the same as before, so please feel free to use them. We also would like to remind you that you should only download apps from official channels.

Hi guys, bought a Samsung Galaxy 10+ and noticed the DJI GO 4 app isn't working anymore for my Mavic Air. Information on the internet (date 2019)  says Mavic Air doesn't support Galaxy 10+ yet...it is 2022 now....does anyone know how I can fly my Mavic Air using the SG10+? Thanks in advance! (not sure if it is relevenant but I live in the Netherlands)

I am new.  I am glad that I do not see the DJI Mini 2 I just received as a gift.  I am beginning to wonder if got left off the list (notice of suspension of service) accidentially?  I have downloaded the app several times.  on several different devices all fail to complete the install.  Seems strange since the download site states the app works with Android 6.  Several of the devices I tried were Android 6.  Several were Android 8.  Some of the devices were mobile phones and some were tablets. Maybe there is a Windows 10 version that I could get to work - haven't found it if it does exist?  The Mini 2 blinks GREEN and the Control is solid GREEN.  The propellers lurch and then never turn.  Even moving the joysticks down and then one left and the other right as shown on the internet does not get the propellers going.  Maybe now you see why I was concerned that the DJI Mini 2 had been declaired obsolete!

Hi there, I am sorry for the belated reply. May I know if you have got the issue sorted? Please try to download the latest DJI GO 4 app from https://www.dji.com/uk/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4 and try again. See if that helps.

And Win10 was released when? Try 2015. There are only like 5 or 6 products in the OP list that will be more than 5 years old @ the time of suspension of service. The youngest will be only 3. That's a VERY aggressive product retirement schedule, no matter how you slice it.

This list is for "Pro" systems only. The Mini and its ilk would not be listed here regardless of product lifespan.

a mi me sucedio lo mismo con DJI GO 4 mavic 2 zoom y DJI FLY mavic air 2 mi SAMSUNG NOTE 10 PLUS descartado. compre un dispositivo mas antiguo con unos dolares el samsung S9 y no he tenido problema!!! no se que motivo hace que la la note 10 plus no funcione bien.

DJI is a Communist China owned operation making their drones able to spy and send back data anywhere their drones operate, including law enforcement agencies. Hope and pray that their entire operation is destroyed  by the deadly virus they spread to the entire world.

From the list I can see that products will not be supported anymore within about 3 to 4 years of their last production date.
I would say - even for (consumer) electronics), that's a pretty short timespan.
I am hoping to fly my M210 V2 a bit longer than 4 years after now, the investment was high enough at least!!
