I am running MacOS Monterey and DJI Assistant 2.0.14.
I am trying to update the controller.

I am getting error message - Cannot load firmware list.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Assistant 2 software to see if the issue persists? Please keep us posted. Thank you.

I had that same error yesterday.  First time that ever happened to me.  I signed out of Assistant 2 and closed it.  When I reopened Assistant 2 and logged in all of a sudden the error was gone and I could update the firmware on my Air 2.  Not sure how signing out and back in helped but it did.  Hope you get the issue fixed soon.

Hey PJ,

Ran into this for a few hours yesterday.
Had to install the “Consumer Drone Series” version from the Download Center at https://www.dji.com/mobile/downloads/softwares/dji-assistant-2-consumer-drones-series

This version doesn’t say it supports the MavicAir 2… but it’s the only version that would show and load the Mavic Air 2 firmware for me…
Make of that what you will. Good luck.
