I updated my Mavic air 2 hoping to get digital zoom. Nothing new shows up in my camera like I see on YouTube. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Im at version V01.01.0700, that is the only version that comes up in DJI assistant. Also when I try to update my controller through my computer it says can't  load try again. and no version shows up.

Thank you for your response. Can you please confirm if you are in Video mode? Please note that the zoom will only work in the Video mode. Also, please make sure that you are in 4k resolution or lower to attain this feature. In addition, uninstall and reinstall the DJI assistant 2 software on your PC and refresh the firmware then check if the issue persists. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
