After booting, my RC pro and M3 take around two minutes to connect.  Now the weird part, if I remove the battery and replace it, my RC Pro and M3 connect within 10 seconds after booting.  Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Hmmm.  Perhaps I am missing the point.  I cleared my cache and still painfully slow to connect.
