Yeah it’s a floodplain so it will flood almost whenever it rains so nothing is built there.

I wasnt aware of the storms in California,  hopefully they can save the water for good use.

Yeah if you look closely you can just barely see the sierra nevada's 80 miles away

Yeah there are still trains but all freight. There is also a light rail but that’s on separate tracks.

I like to park on the side of the Old River Road, Road 22, on the left if headed to Sac, right when the train tracks become elevated there's a path underneath the tracks that goes to the fields. I'll go into the field and fly there, but you have to get LAANC request approved
