Seems like SC is not plug & play.
Connection is happening only after first  installation (initial configuration).

Each time I reconnect the SM it is not recognized by the laptop.
Driver seems not mature.
Can someone confirm the issue and if a solution is existing ?

Try plugging the SC in and then turning it on.

if you got multiple usb connectors on your pc, try a different one.
I only upgrade the sc with my laptop. No problem.

I already tested several câbles and pc.
Same story. Message is blinking ("just charging, transfert file, ...) and then Nothing is happening.
The only solution to clear the problem is to reinstall all (Reset factory). But later everything goes wrong again. Seems like the driver is "erased".
Conséquence is that both Dji Assistant and Dji Simulator are not launching.
I agree,  I will post a video.

If your notebook computer is Windows, there are some symbols in the lower right Taskbar. One of these is a ^. Click on this. A box with icons appears. One of these is for the USB connection. Right click and select File Transfer.

If this does not work, on the Smart Controller screen when not connected to DJI GO or FLY, pull down from top of screen. There should be a choice how to connect to Computer.
