1. Try to restart the aircraft.
2. Confirm that the gimbal and camera have been tightened properly. The gimbal lock is aligned with the red dot on the gimbal mounting bracket.
3. If possible, use another gimbal and camera, gimbal mounting bracket, or aircraft for cross-testing to check whether the gimbal or the aircraft is malfunctioning. Please confirm which part causes the issue, or you can send the drone and camera back for further testing.
