Hello Guys,

I just got the following error using a L1 on the Matrice 300 with the single gimbal connector:
Gimbal 1 Payload Voltage Too Low - Check whether payload is working normally (0x11000021). If yes, and the issue persists, contact your local dealer or DJI Support?
Has anyone seen an issue like this?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Please try the steps below to see if the issue can be sorted.
1. Try to restart the aircraft.
2. Confirm that the gimbal and camera have been tightened properly. The gimbal lock is aligned with the red dot on the gimbal mounting bracket.
3. If possible, use another gimbal and camera, gimbal mounting bracket, or aircraft for cross-testing to check whether the gimbal or the aircraft is malfunctioning. Please confirm which part causes the issue, or you can send the drone and camera back for further testing.

After trying different payload and gimbal connectors we started a case with DJI repair.

It was a power issue in the drone that wasn't enough to power the L1. It was been repaired.
