Hi, I just got DJI mini 2 and I cant run the fly app. When I downloaded it from DJI website (https://www.dji.com/cz/mini-2/downloads), it wasnt able to install. Then I try to get it from samsung store and the app instantly crashed after oppening. I also tryed downloading older versions but I had same problems. Does anyone have any expirience like that with S21, and could help me?

Edit: I found out that S21 is also on list of supported devices, so I guess its problem in my phone? Not sure

Have you upgraded to Android 12,  there are some issue with 12 at the moment with most of the apps.

Yes, I have Android 12. Does it mean that if I would downgrade to android 11, it should work?

Have you already adjusted the back settings on your phone to support external apps?

I'm having the same issue. Just got my mini 2 today and can't even open the dji 4 app.

I got the mavic 3 , tried every which way to download the app or files on my samsung s21 ultra, it just wont work

I'm having same problem with my Samsung S21 upgraded to Android 12, but my brothers S21 still running Android 11 works great. It's not the mobile device it's the Android 12 version.

Hello. Actually with android 12 and Samsung S21 I have black screen.

My wife on Android 12 and Samsung S20FE all is OK.
Dji possibly to update your application please for S21
