I cannot get my firmware to update. It gets to 40% or so looses connection with rc and stops update. Status light flashes red sometimes. Using Iphone 13 promax please help

I can get a video tonight. I tried with my phone and assistant 2 doesn’t update firmware on mini 2. The light starts off solid yellow after awhile flashes red. I also get notifications that the DJI needs to be connected to update.
