Dear DJI,

I got my new Air2S fly more package, everything seems ready except I can't turn on the remote controller without having to plug in the charging cable.

And the remote controller can only be turned on shortly after plugging into the charging cable, it turns off immediately after the cable is unplugged.

I've been charging the controller for more than 2 hours with the factory adapter and cable. I have to suspect the batter inside the controller is bad.
[update] I've changed a whole day, no luck. I have to call the store tomorrow.
