Good day, i just recieved my DJI RS2 Pro Combo and I believe that the battery grip lock Does not work as it should and there is a problem with the locking mechanism.


The product is new from the box opened a few days ago, I haven't even turned it on yet!

Is anyone else having similar issues?

I have the same issue, received it today and check with Tech support they said normal. well IDK.  the battery didn't fell off. so assume it works?

Same issue. Does not appear to effect performance, but is scary...
