Hi all, i have several problems, my matrice 300 rtk does not link anymore to the smart controller, or sometimes it link but suddenly unlink, all after the last firmware both update  ( SC an M300) . I downgraded both firmwares , but nothing. Any issue? I would like also do the facory reset to the UAV but i don't know how...

Did you update to V57.00.01.00? DJI has done a horrible job of communicating this bottom part that I have highlighted.

That´s the solution!
It´s really not highlined in the DJI papers, and for sure a trouble for anyone that consider to keep their equipment updated, and not are aware of this distinction made for 2 kind of controllers for one kind of aircraft, where you have to keep a version (7.00.01.00 for the users of controller Smart) so different of the more recent update you find for this equipment (57.00.01.00). Point for you, First Officer! I think you can consider to be upgrated to Captain now!
And I think that is important to highlight that there are 2 versions of the software (despite a little difference in the end, 00 and 01), one for the Drone (UAV) and another to the Radio Controller (RC), other point that can lead to a fail in installation without enough clarification for the DJI systems or in the download page.

Hello, I'm having trouble finding information on "DA2 Offline Update" method. I'm going to keep searching as I'm trying to get this done today, but if you happen to catch this and reply with some help, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Edit: I've discovered the offline update method, now figuring out how to make it work.
Edit 2: I've downloaded Matrice_M300RTK_UAV_V07.00.01.00_Only_For_Pilot from DJI, but it unzips as several files and I can't install by selecting the folder.
Edit 3: Seems that version is for the controller? Which my controller says that's what it is, I'm lost.

Edit 4: I needed to select the zipped folder, then it updated the M300. Once that finished I was able to link the controller right away and we are now good to go!

It sounds like you've already done this though. There's no need to unzip this compressed file either. Just have it saved on the RC or on a flash drive that is plugged into the RC. Then in Pilot 2 use the offline update option and point it to this .zip file. The app will handle it from there.

That was my issue. I needed to select the zipped file and was good to go. Once I got that firmware version uploaded to the M300 I was able to link the controller back to it immediately. Our organization is working on upgrading to the M350s and RC plus controllers now as well. Thank you for the reply!

We have two M300's and one M350 where I'm at and flight wise you aren't able to tell them apart. The RC Plus is a nice upgrade but that's going to be the only difference. They're both great drones though so if you like the M300 you'll like the M350.
