Hi there,
Any of you bmpc4k users here. I cant get my gimbal to comunicate with my camera to change iso/focus. I have a tilta tethered right handle as well. I have it set up to change my iso. On both the main handle and the tethered handle the joy sticks work, along with the self center trigger. What am I missing here? I have the same cable that I used for my panasonic usbc to usbc and it worked.  

Anyone else here have the same issue?

Yes it is, makes no sense. There are 3 that comes with the dji pack of goodies and none of them work. If I put my gh5s back on gimble all is good and working.  This is a brand new bmpcc4k. I cant think of any internal settings that would need to be set for it to work.

Yes, its connected to the top. I've tried 2 different lens's .The voightlander 10.5 and Panasonic 8-18. I  have it set to adjust my iso when using the Voightlander. When i put the 8-18 on I tried focus and iso - nothing. The only thing I can think of is the usb c port is bad on the new camera. Not sure what else to think.

which firmware is on the pocket?

if you can connect the camera to your computer and see it with camera software 7.7 > the port is ok.
when the camera has firmware 7.3 (latest), you need a firmware v01.05.00.00 or v01.04.00.20 (better one) on the RS-2

Thank you Sir! The firmware on camera is 7.3. I will check the other firmware when I get home today from work. I'm sure the port is ok. It's a brand new camera. One more thing, can you recommend some battery replacements. I'd like to get 2 more batteries with a dual charger.

I will let you know what I find out later on today!

i have the good experience with baxxtar (patona), or the BMD original battery (best option)

That was the issue! It needed a firmware update. Thanks for your help Indio.
